Activated alumina impregnated with potassium

A spherical, porous pellets formed from a combination of activated alumina and other binders, suitably impregnated with potassium permanganate (kmno4). GAS fil® Sorbcarb 2

New generation rugged, uniformly sized spheres contain activated alumina blended with high activity powered car-bon and impregnated with precise quantities of active, proprietary blends of chemicals during the sphere balling process. The purpose of chemical filter media is to capture harmful gases such as H2S, SO2, Mercaptans and Chlorine in the air. The chemical filter media has a porous structure and impregnated with special ingredients. Harmful gases penetrate into the pellet through the microporous surface after which an irreversible oxidation process takes place. Harmful gases are converted into a neutral residual gas. The GAS fil@ sorbcarb media will eliminate a broad range of gases with a very high efficiency of more than 99.9%

GAS fil® Sorb 10

Impregnated activated carbon for acid gas removal. High quality steam activated carbon is chemically impregnated with alkaline components. Displaying high density, superior hardness, large pore volume and good sulfur loading capacity, Gasfilsorb 10 provides exceptional filtration performance. It is available in both extruded pellet form for larger filters and granular form for smaller and specialty applications.

Sorb+ is an enhanced impregnated activated carbon for acid gas removal. It uses a unique formulation to provide improved performance over traditional impregnated activated carbon. Displaying high density, superior hardness, large pore volume and high sulfur loading capacity Sorb+ provides excellent adsorption capacity at an economical cost. Sorb Blend 8 is a 50/50 percent blend of Sorb Max 8 potassium permanganate based media and activated carbon designed for the broadest range removal of corrosive, odorous, or toxic gases. Meets the requirements for UL certification. For removal of H2S and other acidic gases l in paper and pulp industry and Petro-chemical industries where high corrosion due to acid gases.

GAS fil® Sorb VOC

Sorb Blend 8 is a 25/75 percent blend of Sorb Max 8 potassium permanganate based media and activated carbon designed for removal of VOC

GAS fil® Sorb Cl2

Spherical, porous pellets formed from a combination of activated carbon, activated alumina and other binders, suitably impregnated to provide an enhanced removal capacity for chlorine (Cl2). Impregnants are applied during pellet formation such that they are uniformly distributed throughout the pellet volume and are completely available for reaction with chlorine gas.
